My name is Valerie Boksa and I am from Des Moines, Iowa. I received a Bachelors of Science in Industrial Engineering this past May and will be completing my Masters in Industrial Engineering in May 2023. I am interested in continuous improvement and quality in healthcare, and my research thesis focuses on assessing burnout in telemedicine providers.
