Rich has held previous roles as a Director of Human Resources and Director of Safety for various organizations. Rich graduated with a B.S. in Agronomy from Iowa State University in 1993 and an M.S. in Occupational Safety and Health from the University of Iowa in 2015. Rich is passionate about the Safety of our Employee Teams. Rich serves on several advisory boards to help enhance the Safety of our Rural Residents.”
