Heartland Center Trainee, Victor Soupene, was elected Vice Chair of a new student interest group with the Safe States Alliance. The Safe States Alliance is a non-profit organization and professional association whose mission is to strengthen the practice of injury and violence prevention. The Student Special Interest Group (SIG) provides a forum for student members to network, develop professionally, and amplify the student voice within Safe States.
