Successful workplace safety is the commitment and willingness of every individual to pursue a safe, healthful and environmentally sound work place. The Hawkeye on Safety conference committee would like to recognize employers or individual employees who are dedicated to making their workplace safer. Winners will receive a plaque and recognition at the 4th Annual Hawkeye on Safety Conference in Coralville, Iowa. Additionally, they will be given an opportunity at the conference to present the safety information that was given to the committee as application for the award.
We are now accepting applications for the 2nd Annual Excellence in Safety Award, sponsored by the Hawkeye on Safety Planning Committee. You may nominate an individual or an employer for recognition. The application deadline is July 1st, 2017.
